What They Say vs What You Say in Agile delivery, Wed. 02/03 7:00 PM–8:30PM EST.

About this Event

Two fundamental things are embodied in that topic, what your team says to you when you try to drive process improvements and agile transformations in teams vs what you say when you observe those gaps and try to bridge them. There is an appreciable disconnect there and I’m seeking to help uncover thoughts around how we can begin to connect those dots and help drive productive conversations.
