Servant Leadership! How do I do that? – Thurs 08/12, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM EST.

About this Event

With the agile wave on a high, new buzz words pop up on a daily basis. Servant Leadership is one of those buzz words. Although we can find lots of blogs, articles and videos on the topic, how do you know you are a leader instead of a manager? How do you know is you are serving your teams instead of managing them? Can you not just be a manager in an agile environment? In this talk, Marcella will clarify what servant leadership entails, what makes it different from traditional management and most importantly, give you tips to actually become a servant leader.
