About this Event
In an effort to keep the members of the Expert Agile Club and
practitioners around the world up-to-date and working at peak efficiency, we are pleased to announce this seminar that describes how to apply the principles of the Agile Manifesto in the day-to-day leading and managing of complex organizations. A program designed for Club members, this session will be led by Gerry Starsia, a professor and former CEO/COO and practitioner, will lead a discussion including case studies describing successful examples of Agile and strategy: How it is conceptualized, implemented, and adjusted – with the goal of introducing participants to a new way of thinking: Agile Strategic Management (ASM). A familiar and battle-tested project management tool, Agile is both a de facto method for managing complex projects and, as Dr. Starsia has found, can be adapted for use at the department, business unit, and organization level.
