About this Event
The Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) competency aligns strategy and execution by applying Lean and systems thinking approaches to strategy and investment funding, Agile portfolio operations, and governance. The Traditional approaches to portfolio management are not designed for a global economy or the impact of digital disruption. On the contrary, these factors put pressure on enterprises to work under a higher degree of uncertainty and deliver innovative solutions faster. Portfolio Management approaches must be modernised to support the Lean-Agile way of working. This session will be presented the SAFE proposal to addresses the challenge of defining, communicating, and aligning strategy in the portfolio.
