Introduction and Application of the Theory of Constraints – Wed 08/04, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST.

About this Event

This talk will discuss the origin and development of the Theory of Constraints as described by the late Eliyahu Goldratt. The TOC is a thinking framework for engaging problems with delivering value to clients timely and efficiently. Based on his fictional book “The Goal”, TOC and its ‘thinking processes’ are a useful tool for everyone involved with improving time-to-market, quality and employee engagement. By identifying restrictions in flow, we can conceive and implement more efficient ways of minimising or eliminating waste.
