About this Event
One of the most important tools that helps agile teams mature in agile delivery is continuous maintenance of vital Psychological Safety within the teams. It helps team members to be honest and open. Without fear of expressing emotions and opinions, agile teams accelerate in delivering customer value in a shortest time box. This is quite easy on the team level since almost all team members are on the same level in terms of the titles. What happens when companies start to scale Including program and portfolio managers, the line of businesses, and other vital higher-level stakeholders?
Guest Speaker: Cuneyt Oskal
Cuneyt started his professional career in 2001 before graduating in Computer Science with a Management Information Systems Master’s degree. As an IT specialist, hewas upgrading and servicing Hardware and Software for the NSU School of Business Department. Within a year or so, after my graduation, he was promoted to an IT manager to supervise IT specialists. Meanwhile, he has also started managing different-scale projects within the department. Since then, he has been an actively contributing member of the project and program management community focusing on agile delivery. Inevitably, scaling agile for enterprises has become his latest passion based on the industry needs. Macy’s, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Bank of the west are my latest enterprise-level assignments in scaling agile delivery, and working with the program and portfolio-level executives.
