About this Event
So many retrospectives are plagued with the common failure points of low engagement, uncompleted action items, minimal collaboration and learning, and lack of improvement over time. If you can relate to any of these symptoms, you need to start leading (or influencing) your retrospectives to be more effective. That starts with a sound understanding of “why” retrospectives matter. Then comes the environment or context of the retrospective. And finally, the content and direction of the meeting itself. Come join the conversation as Isaac unpacks these key elements and teaches you how to lead more effective retrospectives.
