Expert Agile Club is pleased to partner with Athena Advisory to share the result of their “ethical AI in Agile Design” survey and have a great discussion to better understand the extent to which ethical considerations around design and use of artificial intelligence/machine learning are embedded into Agile methodologies.

Guest Speaker: Gwen Murphy

Gwen is the CEO and Co-founder of Athena Advisory LLC whose business goals include helping clients innovate with technology and data and institute practical cultural, process and policy changes to embed digital ethics into businesses. The Athena mission includes supporting programs and sustainable solutions that leverage emerging technology to improve the lives of under privileged groups and the general promotion of technology for humanitarian purposes.

Gwen has served in several global senior technology executive and leadership capacities at Big Four firms and IBM. She has over 25 years’ experience helping corporate, government and non-profit clients create technology strategy, architecture, and governance functions. While at EY, Gwen led a global team of policy experts and technology innovation leaders in studying the impact of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and robotics on the lives of women and girls. She has since expanded on that work with the mission of Athena to partner with a broader base of policy experts, research institutes, and standards groups that service the foundation of Athena methods.
