Guest Speaker: Tim Dickey
Tim Dickey enlisted in the United States Navy after high school graduation. His service started in the submarine force and ended by supporting deployed special operations units. With multiple shipboard and boots on the ground deployments, he has worked with top, high-performing teams. He served on both active and reserve duty for nearly 25 years until his retirement in 2016 when he learned servant-leadership in the crucible.
Dickey worked for Carnival Cruise Lines, Verizon, IBM, and now Improving Enterprises. He is a consultant working as a Scrum Master for an energy sector company. He graduated from Excelsior College earning a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Systems) and a Master of Arts (Global Strategies).

He has experienced Agile transformation with several big companies acting as a scrum master, a coach or a change leader.
