Agility at the Intersection of Transformation and Change Management – Thurs 06/03, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM EST.

About this Event

Transformation – be it Agile, digital, business, or HR transformation – requires people and organizations to change, and at a very fundamental level. Transformation is a type of change, and yet how often do we find that transformations are not well served by traditional change management approaches. Agile transformations push this uneasy relationship into uncomfortable territory, not just because Agile relies on iterative and incremental delivery but because the core of being Agile is welcoming change rather than managing it. In this discussion, we’ll consider how the discipline of change management can better support Agile transformation, and how Agility can benefit change management approaches.
