About this Event
Agile Scrum is one of the leading development frameworks for building software products. Leaders in the field note that the framework needs to be followed as the Scrum Guide outlines. However, as the same suggests, Agile should be adaptable for what works best for each cross-functional team. Furthermore, the word Guide should serve as a baseline for development best practices. The Agile Scrum: Theory vs. Practice webinar hosted by Matthew Lowinger, a dual-certified Agile Scrum practitioner, explores how your development team can mold the framework to meet your individual team’s workflow and process. Matthew will review some of the main components of the Scrum Guide to provide best practices and recommendations for tailoring the Scrum Guide to best suit your team’s needs.
