Having worked across multiple industries and organizations, Oliver realizes that no two environments are the same, even in the same industries.
Each organization has its own little flavor of implementing agile; it is, therefore, important to master your environment pertaining to the vision, mission, passion, and action of the organization and tailor agile to suit your environment as best as it can and deliver lean value to the end-user while adding to the bottom-line of your organization. No agile for agile seek thus no ceremonies for ceremonies seek!
Guest Speaker: Oliver Asaah
Oliver T Asaah has 24 siblings thus has become an expert in conflict resolution and management. He is a Law School Graduate, a Certified Quality Control Associate (CQIA). A certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and a Certified Product Owner (CPO). Oliver has worked as a scrum master across three industries: Transportation, Healthcare and Telecommunications. He is the author of The Broken Bond, a poet, writer, songwriter/singer, and a public speaker. Using his personal mantra: “Nothing Is Too Bad, Not To Be Good”, he sees every challenge as an opportunity for growth by transmuting adversity into plenty.
