10 Things Your CIO Probably Doesn’t Know (But Should) – Wed 09/15, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST.

About this Event

Not just for CIOs, this presentation is for all leaders of knowledge workers (not just software developers). While many leaders might profess to know that knowledge work is fundamentally different from physical work, decisions that are made, incentives in the system, and actions by leaders often indicate this is not true. In order to approximate optimal solutions, leaders need to understand certain concepts. This talk covers 10 things most leaders should know but probably don’t.
